Climb all the way

Went to rock climbing for the afternoon and before had lunch with friends. I decide not to climb at all as I exercised the day before and my arm strength isn’t strong and the abs felt sore. It is still sore at this moment I am writing. I don’t exercise much so I am quite unfit. It should get better in a month or so. Look at the ‘rocks’ on the walls. I have tried before and I find that my arm strength is not good, meaning I cannot pull myself up with my arm strength.

There are few strings hanging down (not sure what to call them and don’t know what is the name) which some climbers use when they do not use the rope for safety. See the other pic below.

He was upside down after that and I am just amazed at how he did that. The guy must have strong arm muscles and have done/practise a lot to be able to climb upside down and hanging on there. I mean, I could even get stuck on the beginners section. One of the friend who climbed today, she is natural at this. She has never rock-climbed before.

I promise myself that I shall climb the next time as I am still new to exercise and getting sore arms and legs will make me even more tired. If I did climb, I won’t be able to make full use of the entry fee because I will get tired very fast. Actually I think rock climbing also helps a person to get fit and maybe can lose a bit of weight. What do you think? If it does, maybe I don’t need to get the best weight loss diet pills. Hehehe..
