Street smart VS Academic Smart

It’s always better to have good understanding of general knowledge.

Doesn’t mean you’re academic smart, you will be street smart. A good example is me. Yeah I know this is bad but having a mentor helps a lot. I am learning day by day.

Darling and I were just comparing ourselves the other day. He told me that he got 6C 1A for his PMR. To be honest, I was quite surprised. His university grades aren’t that bad and he actually graduated. As for me, I didn’t expect my results to be 6A 1B and yet, am I as street smart as him?

So, my point is, don’t push yourself too much just to be so ‘academicly’ smart. As long as you’re street smart and know ‘your way’, you will be fine.

I guess everyone knows this already. So I shall not babble on too much.
