Bluh

Have been procrastinating to read and also do something useful. At least I did some gardening during the weekend and it’s looking better than before. My arms are sore from gardening and I only realize it when we went to wing chun and darling was punch paring at my arms. I wanted to put up some photos here but I feel so lazy. Lol I should really do it right now rather than waiting for the next time. I know I won’t do it the next time because I know I will be lazy again.

Sigh.. I really feel very lazy to go to the living room to get it. Hahaha I think I will just relax for tonight. Tomorrow is another long day at work. I am making up the time for Thursday since I am taking 3 hours off to go see photos and choose for photo album. Can’t wait to see the photos. Hehehe.. the sneak peek by Tandem Photography is very very nice.

Think I will play my game till I go to sleep la. Hahaha..

Fun

Last Friday, our department had a brilliance award where people were nominated for doing something up and beyond. I got something too, I was the runner up. Darling also got something as the winner. Hehehe.. so proud. Anyway, we also had our dinner at Ferrymead that night. Dinner was alright, not too bad and we had chance to play golf too. Hoho.. I’m trying not to boast but people actually said that I am good. My arm and chest were so sore the next day though.

But it was really fun. The next day was shopping day. Bought some few bits and pieces. Took us quite long to choose because we were comparing the prices between each shops. But it was worth it because we had the staff discount. =) We bought a new printer too. We need it because my old printer cant work due to dry ink inside the printer ink. Sigh..

There were a lot of mobile phone canada on sale too. I didn’t check them out because I don’t need a new one or even new plan. There are of no use to me anyway as I am satisfied with my current plan and the phone. I know mobile phones are getting cheap and it would be a good time to get them. So those who thinks it is time for them to upgrade phones, go ahead. =)

There will be more photos coming up from sis when she is free to post them. =P I was browsing the careerhub university when I saw this article about top 10 mistakes of job hunters. It’s quite interesting that people didn’t think very much about it when everyone says it’s true. I guess I was lucky to start a job right away and there wasn’t any gap. Career development is quite interesting for me because it shows my strength and how I improve myself.

I was telling sis in law that I don’t know why people kept saying that I am thinner. She said that it could be because I have been to my swimming classes. It just didn’t cross my mind that my swimming make me fitter and in better shape. Now I am more motivated to exercise and swim more. =) I am currently trying to improve my breathing. I can definitely say I have improve as I can swim more than one lap without stopping. Hehehe..

Christmas is coming soon. Yay.. we had secret santa at work and I have to think of what to buy for the person I got. It’s going to be fun. We also have our team breakfast next Friday. Mmm.. how fun.

Nosy

I am always the nosy one, wanting to know what’s going on and what people are gossiping. But when it comes to talking something bad about me, I don’t show how I feel but I will feel disappointed or annoyed. I know everyone has bad habits and humans, somehow, will say what they think. I do try to understand that people have bad habits and will be talked about. But for me, I guess I just feel annoyed or irritated even though I know about my bad habits. It’s bad huh. =P

It’s just bad day hence the babbling above. Anyway, I am back to playing facebook game Zuma Blitz. Lol I always play games huh. Well, I should really do more research on upgrading the house like the kitchen flooring. A quick step laminate flooring guide would do or maybe someone can give me few hints. I don’t really want to spend so much though but I think the kitchen floor needs an upgrade.

Well, I have been recommended the medscape website, and I’m learning a case each day. Seems useful for next year I must accumulate lots of cases by Jan!

I would be so awesome if I could have a pro learning environment in my room itself. if i had an LCD tv or even lcd projectors that i can project the cases or readings onto my wall facing my bed, I can pretend to carry out a presentation, wouldn’t that be an easy and fun way of learning? Hehe

Besides that, I have been learning guitar diligently. If i had to learn by myself, I would probably have not gotten anywhere, but learning with a friend helps a lot!

I will be making sushi today, first time unsupervised by mummy hehe

Creative cupcakes

I did it again. I forgot to put the post by me and put sis who doesn’t blog at all. Gosh.. well, I changed it already. Check out the muffin. It’s very nice and looks very professional huh? Hehehe.. both of us and daddy helped to decorate the muffins for the wedding. Daddy helped to look after the wedding cake when it was steamed. Hoho.. it was really great to just sit down together even just making muffins or chatting. Haven’t done that for so long.

Actually, would I call these muffins or cupcakes? I never know what is the difference between those two. I confuse myself and in the end, people had to explain to me. Actually, making cupcakes for business is quite interesting and if lucky, business owners might make profit. Can even send cupcakes for girls around the block or neighbours.

La la la.. I shall stop and watch my gossip girls series. Will babble more in the next post.

Life goes on

I think I ran out of ideas on what to put for my titles. Sigh.. anyway, we got a new car. Hehehe.. I haven’t got the time to upload it up so maybe another time I suppose. It’s blue. =) Maybe sis will upload it for me. *hint hint* Hohoho..

Anyway, can’t believe that the year is almost over and Christmas is coming up. Don’t think I will take Christmas off yeah? Save it for next year holiday. Teehee.. I read this article today on Economic situation. Sounds scary because people are already losing jobs, harder to get jobs due to earthquakes and etc.. (if you have been reading www.stuff.co.nz). To me, it just means hardship. Sigh.. a friend was just saying sounds like the world is ending. Hahaha.. I don’t believe that because you won’t know until it comes. There won’t be warning so life still goes on.

We’ve got a work function dinner coming up soon and I am part of the committee. =) Just something to fill up my time now that I am a little free. Not exactly very free, I still should upskill myself and update my CV and send it out. If people are advertising lah.
