It is very important to build disability access during construction. You see, the building where I am staying now has no lift. How is any disability people going to get up the stairs? What if any of my neighbours’ disabled friends want to visit them in this building? Maybe it is time that we should get disability appeal for all buildings. It is not just for others who are moving and have big luggages or heavy things.
